Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C. is pleased to elect Attorney Derek Mello to partnership with the firm.
Attorney Mello joined the firm in 2020, practicing civil litigation with a focus on motor vehicle, premises liability, construction, and general liability defense matters.

Attorney Mello is a graduate of George Washington University Law School and Fairfield University. He served as a legal research clerk with the Connecticut Superior Court during which time he assisted trial judges in connection with research and writing numerous court decisions.
Attorney Mello is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Connecticut, Virginia, and the District of Columbia as well as the Federal District Court for the District of Connecticut.
