Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C. prides itself on selecting highly qualified attorneys eager to take an active role in the firm’s practice. Associates are trained in a smaller, more personal setting than that of larger firms. Further, they are engaged within one or more of the various practice groups of the firm.
The firm makes efforts to give associates substantive responsibility for matters at the earliest time they are ready. Associates benefit from working directly with partners in a collegial environment. Our partners maintain an “open-door” policy that fosters an environment of communication between all attorneys. Accordingly, associates receive feedback on their work product on an ongoing basis, with formal evaluations conducted on an annual basis.
The firm invests significant time in the training and development of its employees. While associates work hard, the firm also recognizes that attorneys maintain their interest and enthusiasm when they also have a high quality of life outside the office.
