Neubert, Pepe & Monteith Welcomed Summer Law Clerk Jessica Solotruk
August 4, 2016NEW HAVEN, Connecticut (August 4, 2016) – Neubert, Pepe & Monteith welcomed Jessica Solotruk as a summer law clerk this past summer. Jessica worked with a number of the firm’s attorneys in several practice areas, including healthcare and real estate. Jessica performed legal research and writing on healthcare law, foreclosure law and property law matters. She obtained some trial experience through observing client meetings, attending trial proceedings, and assisting in writing briefs. A project she worked on this summer in healthcare law is planned to be published in the fall.
With the end of summer upon us, Jessica is heading back to school. Jessica is a rising 2L at Quinnipiac University School of Law. She is in the health law concentration and a new member of the Quinnipiac Law Review. She is also a member of Phi Delta Phi, Legal Honors Fraternity. This fall she will be the treasurer of the Health Law Society. Reflecting on her summer experience at Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, Jessica notes, “This experience has enhanced my research and writing skills, and shown me how different law school is from working at a private firm. I am so thankful for this opportunity.”
