The law firm of Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C. welcomes attorney Robert J. Johnson as Counsel with the firm. Attorney Johnson is a trial attorney with extensive experience in insurance defense and litigation.

Robert Johnson has over 23 years’ experience as a trial attorney, representing individuals, businesses, and insurers in a variety of civil matters. Attorney Johnson defends clients in cases involving automobile accidents, slip and falls, product liability, wrongful death, Dram Shop, and catastrophic property loss. He has extensive trial experience in both jury and non-jury matters and has tried cases in nearly every jurisdiction in Connecticut. He has also participated in numerous mediations and arbitrations. Attorney Johnson has successfully argued before the Connecticut Appellate Court and appeared before the Connecticut Workers’ Compensation Commission. He prides himself on delivering high quality, cost-effective and efficient representation of his clients and holds himself to the highest ethical standards.

Attorney Johnson earned his J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law and his B.A. from Central Connecticut State University. He began his career in private practice in 2000. Prior to joining NPM, he spent 15 years as in-house counsel at various prominent insurance companies, where he honed his skills as a trial attorney and litigator. Attorney Johnson is admitted to practice in Connecticut.
