Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C. welcomes attorney Patrick R. Linsey. Attorney Linsey is an experienced bankruptcy attorney and commercial litigator.

Attorney Linsey represents businesses, lenders, and individuals in bankruptcy matters, workouts, commercial disputes, and distressed asset transactions. Additionally, he represents debtors in all aspects of chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganizations. He regularly appears in federal and state court and in arbitrations, prosecuting and defending commercial disputes, foreclosures, and labor and employment matters.

Attorney Linsey earned his B.A., magna cum laude in Political Science from University of Maine and his J.D. from University of Connecticut School of Law, with high honors. While in law school Attorney Linsey was Editor-in-Chief of the Connecticut Public Interest Law Journal and of the law school newspaper, Pro Se. Of his many academic distinctions, he received CALI Excellence Awards in Contract Law, Banking Law, and Regulation. Attorney Linsey is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut, the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut, Southern District of New York, and Eastern District of New York, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Connecticut, Southern District of New York, and Eastern District of New York.
