October 10, 2019NEW HAVEN, Connecticut (October 10, 2019) – The law firm of Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C. welcomes attorney Michael G. Iovanna. Attorney Iovanna joins the firm as an Associate.
Michael G. Iovanna is a civil litigation attorney whose practice focuses on construction litigation, commercial litigation, and professional malpractice and insurance defense. Attorney Iovanna has gained experience in pretrial proceedings, mediations, arbitrations and pre-trial conferences.
“We are excited to have Mike as an addition to our construction law & design professionals liability and litigation practice areas,” states attorney Kevin Godbout. “As a young associate he already possesses a solid set of litigation skills and we look forward to him honing them as we work together in these areas.”
Attorney Iovanna is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and University of Connecticut School of Law. While in law school, he was a competitor in the highly selective American Association for Justice (“AAJ”) Student Trial Advocacy Competition. He also served as a certified legal intern for the Connecticut State’s Attorney’s Office where he was appointed lead intern on a nationally known murder trial.
Attorney Iovanna is a member of The American Association for Justice, the Connecticut Bar Association, Connecticut Italian American Bar Association, Connecticut Defense Lawyers Association and the New Haven County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut.
