Attorney Douglas Skalka, principal, is experienced in all aspects of bankruptcy, commercial finance and business reorganization matters, including the acquisition of troubled companies and their assets. He represents secured and unsecured creditors, debtors, commercial lenders, investors, and creditors’ committees in commercial litigation, bankruptcy and business reorganization cases. Andrew R. Lubin – Real Estate Attorney
Andrew Lubin, principal, heads the firm’s Real Estate and Commercial Finance practice groups. Attorney Lubin represents private and public sector clients in connection with a variety of commercial lending transactions including, mortgage, construction, asset-based loans and lines of credit. He advises clients with respect to acquisition, financing, leasing, management, restructuring and disposition of commercial, residential, office and industrial properties. He is a fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and the American College of Mortgage Attorneys.
