Winners of the 2022 Connecticut Legal Awards have been determined through a review of submissions sent in from attorneys and firms from across the state. Winners will be celebrated at the annual awards dinner May 11 at Aqua Turf Club in Plantsville.
Attorney Miller is a commercial litigation and real estate attorney with extensive experience in business formation and financing. He provides general counsel and transactional representation to businesses and their stakeholders and represents both the buyers and sellers of business interests. He also represents business clients in the acquisition and sale of commercial real estate. Clients seek counsel with the purchase, sale, leasing, financing, ownership, and management of a wide array of commercial properties. Matters also include the negotiation and drafting of vendor contracts, employment arrangements and licensing agreements.
He began his legal career as a judicial law clerk and before joining Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C., practiced with mid-sized firms in Norwalk, Bridgeport, and Hartford, CT. Attorney Miller has been listed in New England Super Lawyers Magazine® as a Connecticut Rising Star for Commercial Litigation since 2018.
