Judy K. Weinstein Elected Second Vice President of The Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys, Inc.

Judy K. Weinstein, principal with the law firm of Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C., has been elected Second Vice President of The Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys, Inc. (“ACFA”) for the term starting June 1, 2023. Attorney Weinstein, a long-time ACFA member and a board member, previously served as treasurer and secretary of ACFA.
ACFA furthers the practice of law applicable to commercial finance, including but not limited to asset-based lending, factoring, loan restructuring and insolvency. ACFA members include in-house attorneys and attorneys in private practice who are national and international experts in middle-market commercial credit transactions and commercial bankruptcy matters.
Attorney Weinstein’s areas of practice include commercial and real estate finance, business law, real estate law, and commercial workouts and restructures. Her clients include regional and national lending institutions, various businesses, and a property management company. Attorney Weinstein’s real estate practice includes real estate acquisitions and sales, and advising on leasing and summary process matters.
