Jane Elaine Ballerini Elected as a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers

Jane Elaine Ballerini, principal with the law firm of Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C., has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL). Attorney Ballerini joins the select 2022 Fellows Class of thirty-eight (38) attorneys nationwide and one of three in Connecticut. Andrew R. Lubin, also a principal with the firm, has been an ACREL member since 1999.

The American College of Real Estate Lawyers is the premier organization of U.S. real estate lawyers. Admission is by invitation only after a rigorous screening process. ACREL’s distinguished, nationally known lawyers have been elected to fellowship for their outstanding legal ability, experience, and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law. Attorney Ballerini notes that becoming an ACREL member has been a professional goal since she started practicing in the field of real estate. Further, she states, “I am honored to be a part of this national organization of ambitious and talented real estate practitioners.”

Jane Elaine Ballerini practices in the areas of commercial real estate law, commercial finance, and general commercial and business law. She represents local and national banks in the extension of asset-based, mortgage and construction loans to commercial borrowers. Jane is one of a few practicing U. S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Designated Attorneys in the State. Her subspecialty is representing traditional lenders and Certified Development Companies in transactions involving government guaranteed loans. These include loans made under the SBA’s CDC/504 and 7(a) loan programs, as well as loans made under the CAREAS Act. Attorney Ballerini practices in Connecticut and New York.
