Gregory J. Pepe, Discussion Host of Healthcare Law 360: Emerging Trends and Issues, ASMAC DC Summit
April 10, 2023Attorney Gregory J. Pepe hosted a Roundtable 360 discussion as a follow-up to the recent ASMAC program in Washington, DC. The Roundtable 360 followed up on three healthcare topics which dealt with: (i) changes in payments to physicians in the Medicare system; (ii) physician workforce issues involving scope of practice and immigration issues; and (iii) proposed rulings by the FTC involving abolition of non-compete employment contract clauses.
