Douglas S. Skalka, principal with the law firm of Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C. has been re-elected to the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) Connecticut Chapter Board of Directors as Vice President, Membership Co-chair. Attorney Skalka was first appointed to the CT TMA board in 1995, has served as board president and membership co-chair. The Turnaround Management Association (TMA) is the leading organization dedicated to turnaround management, corporate restructuring, and distressed investing.
Attorney Skalka specializes in bankruptcy, commercial finance, business reorganization and asset-based lending transactions. He represents businesses, lenders, trade auditors and investors in many bankruptcy and business reorganization matters.
