Douglas S. Skalka Re-elected to CT Turn Around Management (TMA) Board

Douglas S. Skalka, principal with the law firm of Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C. has been re-elected to the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) Connecticut Chapter Board of Directors as Vice President, Membership Co-chair. Attorney Skalka was first appointed to the CT TMA board in 1995, has served as board president and membership co-chair. The Turnaround Management Association (TMA) is the leading organization dedicated to turnaround management, corporate restructuring, and distressed investing.

Attorney Skalka specializes in bankruptcy, commercial finance, business reorganization and asset-based lending transactions. He represents businesses, lenders, trade auditors and investors in many bankruptcy and business reorganization matters. He holds a certification in business bankruptcy from the American Board of Certification and has been named a Senior Specialist by the Board.

Attorney Skalka holds numerous professional distinctions including Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating, Connecticut and New England Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers.
