Deborah Monteith Neubert Presents on Mediation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

NEW HAVEN, Connecticut (May 10, 2016) – Attorney Deborah Monteith Neubert of Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C. recently presented “Contracts, Mediation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution” to the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Fairfield County. Deborah spoke on the differences between mediation, arbitration and litigation. The seminar was sponsored by Community Mediation and it emphasized the benefits of mediation as an option for dispute resolution. Deborah has acted as a mediator and arbitrator in private disputes.

Also this past month, Attorney Monteith Neubert was a panel member presenting a mock construction mediation to the Connecticut Bar Association Construction Section. The presentation was titled, “Mediating Construction Disputes – How to Handle Tough Issues, Though Lawyers and Tough Clients.” Deborah is a member of the Executive Committee of the Connecticut Bar Association Construction Section.
