Andrew R. Lubin Presents on Commercial Real Estate Transactions
September 25, 2019NEW HAVEN, Connecticut (September 25, 2019) – Andrew R. Lubin, a principal with the law firm of Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C. presented on commercial real estate transactions at a recent Connecticut Bar Association (“CBA”) CLE event.
The CBA’s program examined commercial real estate transactions from the letter of intent and contract, through the closing. Attorney Lubin and panelist Gregory J. Cava, The Cava Law Firm, LLC, also explored the perspectives of the various parties and discussed how to successfully resolve the intricacies of the commercial closing process.
Attorney Lubin heads the firm’s real estate practice group. He practices primarily in the areas of commercial real estate and commercial finance law, providing clients with counsel and representation about the wide array of issues presented by real estate acquisition, ownership, development, financing and leasing. Attorney Lubin has developed a subspecialty in closing both SBA 7a and 504 Loans and is one of only a few lawyers in the State of Connecticut who have received a “Designated Attorney” certification from the U.S. Small Business Administration.
