Biography

Michael J. O’Sullivan, III represents clients in the areas of commercial litigation, corporate and business transactions, and real estate law.

He was inspired to pursue law from a young age based on his relationship with his grandfather, who served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Connecticut for more than 35 years and was a proud alumnus of Le Moyne College.

Michael attended Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York, majoring in political science and theatre. During college, Michael interned with the Connecticut State Senate Office and worked in a business law firm in East Haven, Connecticut. His diverse background in politics, law, and storytelling informed his decision to attend law school.

Michael attended Quinnipiac University School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude. There, he was an active member of the mock trial society and society for dispute resolution, competing in several mock trials, arbitrations, and mediations. He was further recognized for Academic Excellence in Business Transaction Clinic, Distinguished Academic Excellence in Administration Law and excellence in his trial law and advocacy courses.

Since joining Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C., Michael appreciates the firm’s collegial, collaborative, and pragmatic approach to protecting client interests and solving legal issues in a flexible and efficient manner. Michael’s conscientious and unrelenting determination to serve a client’s interests make him a good fit at a firm that prioritizes the same values.

Outside of work, Michael is an avid Boston sports fan, and enjoys reading, golfing, and spending time with his family.  While in college, Michael’s passion for acting and film earned him a role as a background actor in Martin Scorsese’s The Irishman, which he considers one of the most formative experiences of his life.
