Alexander S. Lee

Biography

Alexander practices in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights and civil litigation.  He is an experienced commercial litigator and has represented clients in securities, antitrust and contractual and other commercial disputes, as well as in investigating and litigating fraudulent misrepresentation claims.  His practice includes litigation arising in bankruptcy cases.  Alexander also has significant experience in white-collar matters, including advising companies in conducting internal investigations and navigating concerns involving tax compliance and trade sanctions.

Alexander has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch.  Prior to joining the firm in 2025, he was a litigation associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Kasowitz LLP.

Alexander graduated cum laude from New York University, and he earned his law degree at Cornell University.
