Sandy T. Roussas Joins the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance

NEW HAVEN, Connecticut (December 7, 2016) – Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C. is pleased to announce that Attorney Sandy T. Roussas has been invited to join the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). The CLM is a nonpartisan alliance comprised of insurance companies, corporations, corporate counsel, litigation and risk managers, claims professionals, and attorneys. Through education and collaboration, the organization’s goals are to create a common interest in the representation by firms or companies, and to promote and further the highest standards of litigation management in pursuit of client defense. Selected attorneys and law firms are extended membership by invitation only based on nominations from CLM Fellows.

Attorney Roussas is an experienced litigation attorney practicing in the areas of medical malpractice and hospital liability, product liability and general liability. Attorney Roussas has developed a subspecialty in vaginal mesh product liability cases. She has over ten years’ experience defending hospitals against malpractice and product liability claims and has obtained favorable results for her clients. Clients benefit from Attorney Roussas’ ability to identify institutional level issues that arise during a case; issues that could be addressed and rectified through policy changes. Attorney Roussas’ diverse practice in general liability includes motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death and premises liability. Her legal Pro Bono work involves cases prosecuting constitutional violations on behalf of incarcerated individuals.
