Neubert, Pepe & Monteith Employees Support Ronald McDonald House Charities

New Haven, Connecticut (October 1, 2014) – Last Friday was Jeans Day at the New Haven Connecticut law firm of Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C. Employees wearing jeans know that the price of their casual attire is a charitable donation. Many (dressed casually or not) have donated generously to local organizations such as New Haven Home Recovery and New Haven Diaper Bank and to national organizations such as the American Heart Association and UNICEF. Last Friday’s donations were made to Ronald McDonald House Charities.

Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, a member organization of ALA (Association of Legal Administrators) joined the Association’s Community Connection Project 2014 in their support of Ronald McDonald House Charities. The firm is pleased to support ALA’s endeavor and fully supportive of the Ronald McDonald House Charities mission to create, find and support programs that directly improve the health and wellbeing of children.

One of the core services of Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) is the Ronald McDonald House which serves as a “home-away-from-home” for families of children receiving care at nearby medical facilities. In Connecticut a Ronald McDonald House is located near the Children’s Hospital at Yale-New Haven and the Yale-New Haven Hospital St. Raphael Campus. The RMHC provides services worldwide with programs in 58 countries and regions. Kami Parisella, a paralegal at Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, encourages her colleagues to continue their support of the Ronald McDonald House Charities beyond this one Jeans Day fundraising effort. Ms. Parisella states, “We welcome the opportunity to support the charitable work of the Association of Legal Administrators and share their interest in the mission of Ronald McDonald House Charities.
