Nancy Bohan Kinsella Presents on Chapter 11 Bankruptcy

NEW HAVEN, Connecticut (October 2, 2019) – Nancy Bohan Kinsella, counsel with the law firm of Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C., will present at the upcoming Connecticut Bar Association Bankruptcy Conference. Attorney Kinsella joins speakers Hon. Elizabeth Stong, Taruna Garg, William Harrington, and Jeffrey Sklarz for the session “Winning! How to Confirm a Contested Chapter 11 Plan.”

In addition to her role as a speaker, Attorney Kinsella is serving her second year on the conference planning committee. The day-long conference offers four plenary sessions and six concurrent sessions covering a wide range of topics. Sessions include state of the court, the US Supreme Court and bankruptcy, issues in advanced ADR, hot topics in straight bankruptcy and consumer bankruptcy.

Attorney Kinsella practices in the areas of banking, bankruptcy, commercial transactions and related litigation. She represents banks and other financial institutions in state and federal court in contested foreclosure and collection actions. She has represented creditors, trustees and other entities in every aspect of the bankruptcy process, including trials and contested hearings before the bankruptcy court. She is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Connecticut Chapter of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation. Attorney Kinsella is an associate faculty member at Post University. She currently teaches Business Law and has previously taught varied business law classes as well as Bankruptcy Law.
