NEW HAVEN, Connecticut (January 31, 2019) – Judy K. Weinstein, principal, of Neubert, Pepe & Montieth, P.C. is currently teaching “Legal Aspects of Healthcare Information Technology” at Sacred Heart University, College of Health Professions. The graduate course will explore the extent to which law can implement or facilitate sound healthcare policy. Attorney Weinstein will address employment and contract law, patient rights, healthcare accountability, and healthcare access. Topics also include informed consent, electronic records, and privacy issues.
