Neubert, Pepe & Monteith continues the long-standing arrangement with the Connecticut State Medical Society (CSMS) to provide new physicians with low-cost, fixed fee review of their employment contracts.  “Doctors coming out of residency programs often have debt and not much money and look for local medical societies to assist them in understanding the terms of their first employment contracts,” said partner Greg Pepe.

CSMS has had an arrangement with Neubert Pepe & Monteith for referral of these newly minted physicians to Attorney Pepe for his review of their employment agreements.  The arrangement between CSMS and Attorney Pepe is intended to provide a timely, expert legal service to physicians under the auspices of the state’s largest professional association.
