Alison H. Weinstein Joins Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C.

NEW HAVEN, Connecticut (December 10, 2013) – The New Haven Connecticut law firm of Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C. welcomes attorney Alison H. Weinstein as an associate with the firm. Ms. Weinstein joins the firm’s commercial litigation and construction practice group.

Prior to joining Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, Ms. Weinstein was an associate attorney at Pillinger Miller Tarallo, LLP in New York, where she worked in the area of insurance defense, including general liability, construction accidents, personal injury, and construction defects. She also served as a Public Service Fellow in the New York Kings County District Attorney’s Office as a Pro Bono Assistant District Attorney working primarily on the investigation and prosecution of Criminal Court cases.
Attorney Weinstein earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and her B.A. from Dartmouth College. She is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
