Lisa M. Giugno is a paralegal with extensive experience in civil litigation. She first became interested in the legal field due to her great interest in reading legal case decisions. She obtained a degree in paralegal studies in 1984 from the University of Bridgeport and has been working in the field of civil litigation since then. She still obtains great enjoyment in performing in-depth legal research.
At Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C. her focus is in medical malpractice and professional liability litigation defense. Ms. Giugno completes written discovery and assists with trial preparation procedures. She regularly prepares documentation for case matters including the preparation of motions, pleadings, and discovery, and provides attorney support in communicating with clients and expert witnesses.
Having passed the Paralegal Advanced Competency Exam in 1999, Ms. Giugno is listed with the National Federation of Paralegal Associations as a Registered Paralegal. She is Past Treasurer of the former New Haven County Association of Paralegals.
