Successful Refinancing of Amity Physical Therapy

April 20, 2022

Amity Physical Therapy, a successful and growing physical therapy business, with offices in Woodbridge, Hamden, Branford, Milford, and soon in Wallingford, successfully completed the refinancing of its indebtedness with the assistance of a detailed refinancing plan created by Vice President Brett Eagleson of Guilford Savings Bank and with the assistance of the SBA 504 Loan Program.

The result of the refinancing was that Amity Physical Therapy was able to restructure its indebtedness at more favorable rates and obtain needed additional working capital to support its ongoing operation. James S. Brownstein, Neubert, Pepe, & Monteith, P.C., and Amity Physical Therapy’s long-time counsel, was instrumental in both the structuring of the loan and its closing within the time frame required by the client. Attorney Brownstein looks forward to assisting Amity Physical Therapy and its principal, Michael Dow, in the continued growth and expansion of its business in the future.
