Regina M. Frangipane has worked in the legal field for over seventeen years with a focus on real estate transactions. Ms. Frangipane works with the Real Estate and Commercial Finance & Banking practice areas. She provides the attorneys support in connection with commercial transactions, preparation and review of due diligence, residential transactions, work outs, and corporate formations.
Ms. Frangipane’s paralegal work includes the preparation of documentation required in connection with real estate transactions, acquisitions and sales, including reviewing title searches and policies. She drafts commercial loan documentation required with SBA transactions, as well as documentation required by lenders in connection with commercial transactions. Ms. Frangipane has further experience with the preparation and documentation required for entity formations, corporate dissolutions and secured party sales; having direct contact with clients, lenders and adverse parties.
Ms. Frangipane attended classes at Southern Connecticut State University. She received her paralegal certification from Branford Hall Career Institute.
