Biography
Linda Steinman is a paralegal with over 30 years’ experience in both Commercial and Residential Real Estate. At Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, PC, she provides support to the firm’s real estate attorneys. Linda’s real estate experience includes all aspects of real estate transactions including title and survey review, preparation and review of loan documents, conveyance, corporate and due diligence documents. Linda assists with all aspects of a real estate transaction including the preparation of purchase agreements, due diligence review, analysis and resolution of title and survey issues, organizing and assisting with transaction closings. Linda is also familiar with condominium and cooperative documentation in Connecticut.
