Biography
Jennifer L. Koabel assists the firm’s attorneys on commerical real estate closings and findings, and assists with document preparation and review of materials. Jennifer has over 17 years of experience working in title insurance and real estate law. She began her legal career at a title insurance company in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and moved to Connecticut in 2012. Since then, she has worked with prestigious real estate law firms in Fairfield and New Haven County as a residential and comercial real estate paralegal.
Jennifer graduated with her B.S. and her M.A. in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University. She is a member of Psi Chi, the international honor society in psychology. She is an adjunct professor at Southern Connecticut State University teaching various classes in the Psychology department.
Jennifer lives with her two dachshunds and has a daughter attending college.
