Take I-91 South to Exit 3, Trumbull Street

Parking

On-Street Parking
Metered parking is available in 1-hour and 2-hour increments along Church Street and Elm Street. Parking meters accept U.S. coins, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and the ParkMobile smartphone app.

Garage
From 195 Church Street turn right onto Elm Street. The parking garage entrance is 200 feet down Elm on the right-hand side, behind 195 Church Street and goes underground. After passing the guard booth on the way underground, make the 1st right to go up the ramp to the Visitor/Monthly Parking (Lane 2). Take a ticket at the top of the ramp and proceed to the parking levels. Levels 1 through 5 are primarily reserved spots. Levels 6 to the roof are primarily open parking. Bring your parking ticket with you, it will be validated in the office. From your parking level, take the elevator down to level B (Basement). From the elevator on level B, go out the door, turn right and walk a short distance following signs for Key Bank. Proceed to the Key Bank elevator lobby at the basement level (the second green door on the right). Take the elevator to level L (Lobby). All visitors are required to sign in at the front desk. Staff will direct you to the elevators for the Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C. offices on the 13th floor. Have your parking ticket validated before leaving NPM.
